'laid back' is not a good description for poor service.
Waited twenty minutes to be served or even spoken to. Some regulars ...I assume regulars walk in and its all smiles...never acknowledged that I was here. Awful place. And I'm from the south were 'laid back' is king. Don't waste your time...Worldwide > United States > Portland, OR > Restaurants
