Called about a foreclosed property only to get the answering machine (8:30 am). Was instructed that text was the best way to reach an agent. Texted the # given and did not recieve a reply until 10:30 am. I asked a question about a property and was told, "I don't know." I then asked if I could be given the name of the bank that holds the deed and was told, "No." Asked if they were in fact the assigned reality company and was told. " Yes. And no we did not test the property for c d. And no you can not contact the seller and yes you need an agent to make the offer to see the property." Not wasting me time with the completely unprofessionalism exhibited. At no point did the person identify themselves or ask for any of my information. Texting is an awesome technological bound and I use it often but not when I am conducting business.
