Avoid Z Gallerie
Although the store has an eclectic mix of merchandise, nothing is made in the usa and really is mostly cheap imports. The artwork is overpriced cheaply framed posters. They also have a high turnover rate with most of the employees leaving very disgruntled. The company treats their employee very poorly. They use two different pos systems scattering your payment information in different systems. They don't have bridal registry and are poorly organized. Special orders are constantly delayed and merchandise is treated poorly and usually arrives damaged in transit. I would recommend shopping at Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Room & Boad or Retrospect. They are more highly organized and seem to have things together.

EXPENSIVE and Zero Quality
Z Gallerie overprices alot of their items. Many pieces of furnture are poorly made and the craftsmanship is non-existant. The other day I saw a tv console in the alto collection that had silding doors and I noticed the sliding mechanism was plastic! How long is that going to last after several weeks of use? I have to admit that I think IKEA has furniture that is cheaper and fabricated much better. The turnover rate for Z Gallerie is horrible. There are always new faces and the old employees leave very unhappy. Z Gallerie doesn't treat their employees well and they are more concerned with their bottom line than that of the welfare of their employees.
