Dr. Yu is very friendly and comforting, but he is not very thorough and quick to prescribe antibiotics. I am nearly immune to them and having a lot of health problems because Dr. Yu over-prescribed them when I was a child.

For those who have not heard, he has passed away due to cancer. His two children have taken over the office and practice. The new doctors are just as good as their dad.

Greatest pediatricians in the world
Dr Yu was my pediatrician when I was a kid and he was absolutely the best. God bless his soul. his two oldest children have taken over his practice and now that I have my own child there is no one in the world I would trust his health with than the next generation of Dr. Yu's.

I have to agree with Liz. My sister has horrible kidney problems due to Dr. Yu's (Sr) lack of knowledge and/or care; while I'm immune to a lot of antibiotics.Worldwide > United States > Middle Village, Queens, NY > Doctors
