It was the first time I had to use a travel agent for a trip, so I didn't know what to expect. They did their job...helpsed me get all I wanted out of my trip. BUT, since I have tried others in the last few months, I realized how average they were. They were not overly friendly, or overly helpful. With so much competition out there, you would think they would appreciate the business. They were simply average...doing their job, and nothing above and beyond, for a fee.
