As a beginner, Sherri's session is perfect. Her style sends me back to my high school days on the basketball team and track team -- I feel like I'm in practice and it's only by the grace and belief of my coaches that I can push myself. That's Sherri -- the downward dog is really difficult for me to hold, but she talks me through holding it (and, she has us hold it for a good minute).
