I only took the mommy and me class with Khefri. I enjoyed it quite a bit until my daughter started crawling. I was too busy chasing after her to actually do any yoga.

Prenatal Yoga
I went here last Tuesday to attended my first pre-natal yoga class. When you first walk in, it smells so good and fresh. They offer you tea and water while you wait for your class to begin. Everyone there was so friendly and they even had a great book for me to read about yoga and pregnancy.

Guru Singh's classes (90+ minutes long) begin with a spiritual "fireside chat" on some topical matter and the related merits of tonight's exercises. Wear white or light colors.
