Great Pet Friendly Place to eat!
The menu is not typical, I have been there a few times and everything I've had was very good. If you sit outside with your dog, they will bring water for puppy too! It's a cute little place that is fun and different. Dessert was great as well. Very casual and friendly atmosphere.

Yellow Dog has not only the best food and atmosphere, but a fantastic wine selection! The service is occasionally on the slow side but it's worth the aggravation! It's defintely the best lunch spot in town!

Top Notch, Don't miss this!
The friendly owner and staff make it almost more pleasant to visit than the delicious food they serve. They make everyone feel like family while you wait for your order. The outside dining is my favorite. Its quaint, charming and always a pleasure to relax and enjoy the ambiance. A great lunch spot. The Yellow Dog is all about serving you and making your expereince a good one.

Delicious and comfortable
This place is really a hidden treasure in the West Orange area. The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. The staff is very personable and friendly and the food is delicious. Definitely do not miss this if you are in the area!

BEST BBQ I EVER HAD !! THIS PLACE IS FAB
This place is run by a culinary grad and is in an old 1800's country store. You would think you were in a crazy store on nantucket or somewhere in the hamptons...ultra casual . The food is way too good. Bar b q that is the best pulled pork sadwich in the south. The garden out back is full of butterfiles and the staff....well they could not be better. If you can only go one place for lunch in orlando/windermere go here. The local critic at the Sentinel Star raves over it...........dont tell anyone else.

FANTASTIC CASUAL FOOD NEAR UNIVERSAL NOT A TOURIST TRAP
WOWWWWWWWWWWWWW ! this place run by a chef named Fish, and a culinary inst of america grad is the best . The pulled pork sandwich topped with cole slaw and bacon and blue cheese ...the fat Elvis...is the best in the world ! Or try turkey with raspberry melba and sweet pepper rings in a whole wheat wrap. The cole slaw is full of raspberries,nuts, and zing. Great. In a old country tin roof store that was in middle of orange groves for past one hundred years..you heard me...now next to celebrity sports figures, it is so beautiful in the garden full of buttterflies. If you can only go to one non tourist place this is it. Everyone loves Fish..he stops to make everyone feel at home and talk food. He is the best. .......but so is the food. Best local food raved about repeatedly by the local and national critics.

Great sandwiches but, beware if it is a full moon
I had the retriever's roast. The meat in it is roast beef. I usually don't like lunch meat roast beef because it always has this preservative taste to it. Their roast beef didn't have this taste and was excellent like freshly cooked roast beef. Their sandwiches are also thick with the ingredients barely being able to stay inside. The ingredients they use are the high quality kind. The sandwiches came with a bag of crunchy chips and a small side of coleslaw. I didn't care for the coleslaw because it didn't have the sweeter taste that most coleslaw has. It has a dry taste to it.

Great place for constipation sufferers!!!!!
I stopped going to the yellow dog because every time I ate there it was a challenge to get home before I literally exploded and painted the toilet several hues of brown, tan, yellow, orange...well you get the picture.

Great food, Comfortable atmosphere
Yellow Dog is not your typical restaurant... It has its own character and charm. They have indoor seating, as well as an outdoor patio with tables, chairs, and beautiful trees to provide shade. They have some of the best BBQ I've ever had, great sandwiches and salads, etc.. I haven't had anything on the menu that wasn't fantastic. Its my favorite place to eat with friends and to take out of town guests. You can't go wrong with this place!Worldwide > United States > Gotha, FL > Restaurants
