Their scheduling system is a joke and they are very flaky. ALSO, if and when they do come over to clean the place, I can't believe they call it cleaning. btw, if they ruin something of yours, they will lie and tell you that they'll fix...

Cannot get a response from Wizard to book a cleaning
I've been trying for weeks to book an appointment with Wizard / Nathan and have been extremely frustrated. The online scheduler is terrible! He has responded to some of my emails but hasn't at all been helpful to book something. See...Worldwide > United States > San Francisco, CA > Home Services
