After our vehicle was involved in a wreck on Interstate 95 and route 128 north of exit 32a Winn street towing was called by the fantastic people at US Rider and the Mass. State troopers to aid us and tow the car. Regrettably the truck operator that was on call first claimed I gave a wrong location and could not find us SO HE WENT HOME AND BACK TO SLEEP UNTIL RECALLED BY TROOPERS. He then claimed the $400.00 authorized for the tow would only get us picked up and about 10 more miles since he was going to charge for his wasted time trying to find us and his travel from his home. He then had the nerve or gall to complain about being awakened twice for the same tow and was loosing sleep and had to go to his other job at 7:00am. I hope Winn Street management corrects this problem and that it was a one time problem employee.
