Fantastic Takeout Wings
Really great wings and the buffalo style can get really spicy! Be prepared, you might want to choose a lower level of hot. They also have chicken sandwiches and side dishes. Definitely a takeout location, not suitable for eat in.

Horrible Delivery/ Customer Service!
While we have heard the food was good here, the service is abysmal. We ordered delivery and it took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to us and we are only 1.2 miles away!!! When we called to ask where the food was, they could not tell us if it had even left the building. When it finally did get to us it was cold. When we called to talk to someone the female at the other end use some choice words to refer to us and they were totally unwilling to accomodate us. We will never order from here again, and anyone who reads this wont either.

Arguably the Best wings in all Boston
The 7.1 Citysearch rating DOES NOT give Wing-It justice. This place has THE BEST WINGS I have ever had. Though I have not had H@@ters OR that place in Newton circle everyone loves, but I can say the Honey Hot, Spicy Teridactil, Spicy BBQ, & XSpicy Jamaican are awesome! All the other flavors are very good as well, along with the steak tips. Everyone should try Wing-it at least once. They have fast late night delivery too, I have never received cold/warm wings. Only con is the buffalo wings are not that good, I actually would recommend not ordering them.

Made me wait 2 hours for delivery and failed to deliver!
I have absolutely no words to describe just how bad my experience with Wingit was. I called around 8 to place a delivery order, waited an hour, and called them back. They told me the driver was on the way. Half an hour more goes by and they call me, saying that the driver didn't want to go that far! Yes, I am 100% serious. They actually made me and my friends wait nearly two hours and then called to tell me that they are not coming! At least the other upset reviewer got his (cold) food after an hour and a half. I got nothing. I'm surprised to see this restaurant still be in business. Do not order from these guys. Your food with either arrive cold (read the other review) or will not arrive at all! You have been warned!

Did I mention they sell chicken?
Chicken, chicken, and more chicken. This is Wing-it's specialty, and boy can they do it well. I find myself ordering Wing-it once a week on Foodler because I'm hopelessly addicted to their succulent boneless BBQ wings. Feel free to choose from over twenty other wing flavors on the menu, ranging from your mild buffalo to honey to garlic & Parmesan. Their chicken sandwiches are very good as well, but make sure you ask for toppings and condiments as a simple cutlet on bread may seem bland to some.

Good cheap food
Wing it specializes in chicken wings and they come in a wide variety of flavors, it's always fun trying out new ones. My personal favorite is the garlic parmesan. I usually have it delivered, I haven't tried eating at the shop so I don't know what that's like but overall the food is good, cheap, and an easy option when you don't feel like cooking.

Horrible Service, Bad Delivery Drivers 3 HOURS LATE
First I have to start off by saying the wings here are great. I placed an advanced order of 150 wings for the pats/colts game at 11:30am for a 3:30 delivery. I thought I was making it easier on them by calling way ahead. So around 4pm I called to make sure they didnt forget about us. I was told the order hadnt gone out yet and was leaving in 30 minutes, so they obviously forgot our order. I figured at this point it would take an hour to get to my place. I called back at 5:30pm and was told the driver had gotten into a car accident and it was going to be sent out with anothet driver right away. I told them I wanted to cancel the order and I was just going to order from another wing place unless I got a break on it. The manager said he would give me 50% off which I appreciated so I agreed to pay $47. The wings showed up only 3 HOURS LATE. I had to listen to 10 guys screaming at me because the wing place I ordered from sucked at delivering. The best part is the driver tried to scam me out of extra money. He said they told him to charge $55. I mentioned the 50% off and he said, yea I know they told you that but they told me $55. So I gave him $50, I shouldnt have even given him a $3 tip. Overall I was dissappointed in this place, and I order here all the time, but I was happy with the 50% offer. Then the delivery guy tried to scam me out of extra money. I would not recommend this place because there are cheaper places with the same exact sauces that wont try to cheat you.Worldwide > United States > Allston, Boston, MA > Restaurants
