We lived there only a few months before leaving state, we had a spider problem that was easily solved, however the roach problem was a bigger problem!!! We had problems getting reciepts and then later was told we owed more than we did!!! the old manager left then the new one said he'd fix it. We moved out of state and waas unable to get a deposit, return phone calls etc. I researched and found a companany that managed them and they said they would look into it. However it was reported we owed them!!! It was stated that we owed over a whole month whenn we always paid! Also there was changes made in the computer saying we had a rent increase we never had!!!!!!! We leaned some units for money and they money was paid under referal money when we never made a referal!!!!!!! Winchester obviously is very, very crooked! Wer are taking our reciepts and computer print out that they gave us from their records that are obviously altered and suing them. However that does not help us with the deposit money we need now to pay for our new place that we had promised weeks ago. We do not have the money at no fault of ours and have a threat of eviction!!! I have never been evicted and I'm 50yrs old!!!!!!! We have a 1 year old gand child living with us and do not know what we will do! I would have gave NO Stars but was forced to give at least one! They deserve to be out of buisness!!!!! if you have any problems with tis apt. please feel free to contact me and we will work together to prove they are crooked!
