Wonderful
I have been coming here a while now and the good thing is that they stay on top of the products and everything is always up to date. Whenever I need something new for my boys they are sure to have it, guaranteed.I would give this store a zero rating if I could!
I have been a loyal and happy customer of Sportsman's Warehouse since they opened. On the recommendation of a friend, I decided to try Wild Sports for the purchase of a new Air Gun for my son's birthday. Right out of the box, the gun...STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY - This place is bad news. The employees WILL intentionally rip you off given the chance. I wish I could remember their names because I would spill as much as I could on the one's I talked to. All I have to go on is what I...Terrible employees
Decent selection for it's size but I can think of a half dozen Sacramento area stores with better selection. The staffs customer service is horrendous the employees come across as arrogant know it all's. I give them a chance every time...Was once a decent place
Nothing But Great Experiences
I visited Wild Sports to buy a Benelli a couple weeks back. After experiencing terrible service at other shops around Sacramento, I was surprised at how well I was treated at wild sports. The prices were great, and the salesmen were patient and helpful. After I brought the benelli home, I called them because I did not like the padlock that was sold with the gun. They had me pick up a new cable lock and a different padlock - all for free! Great people.Customer diss-service
Bought a item and returned it the next day to the same cashier as I had misplaced my receipt. No problem on my part to receive store credit. However, while I was shopping to use the store credit, the miserable loser cashier aired his disapproval of someone walking in to return an item with no receipt. This was within my earshot and being discussed with his colleagues with customers in the store. Needless to say, humiliating. I understand that you should have a receipt, but I just plain lost it. It was totally uncool and to the cashier, why so angry pal? Hope you have a better attitude when you look for another job once that place goes out of business because of employees like you.Garbage
I live close to this store and i would rather drive to Sportsman's warehouse or Reno to bye at Cabelas then spend my hard earned money at this over priced store. The employees are no help if have any questions, they are rude and think there shit doe's not stink. I have been a life long hunter and the store is a wast of time and money, if you are looking for any thing for hunting go else were , I don't like knocking mom and pop shops, but this is one you should cross off your list!!!!!!Great Buying Experience
I just purchased a new Winchester SX3 12 ga. shotgun for my 15 year old son from Tom at Wild Sports. Tom was just great! He showed us all the high end 12 ga. 3" automatics. They have a great selection: Benelli, Beretta, Browning, Remington, & Winchester to name a few. Tom was very patient with my son's & my questions, I had never purchased a shotgun before (I always used my dad's) and Tom was just a class act to work with. Everyone else at the store was very professional, polite, courteous, & helpful. Operating a shooting sports store is serious business and I got the impression that Wild Sports employees don't suffer fools. Maybe that explains some of the other reviews.Worst Customer Service
I purchased 2 plastic scope covers with the assistance and advise of an employee. Turned out they did not work. Took them back 3 days later in the original packaging for a refund. They treated me like a thief and quickly pointed out there no refund policy ... store credit or exchange ONLY!Never Shop Here! Wild Sports will LIE to you!
These people will LIE to you! I went in to purchase a new Air Gun. Long story short, I listened to their tall tales and purchased the gun. After I got it home and found it didn't shoot at the desired FPS, Wild Sports refused to exchange it, and then I found out the gun was all but 6 years old and that I paid well over $200 the expected price. All I can say, this is the 3rd time I have felt like Wild Sports took advantage of me. I will NEVER shop there again.Worldwide > United States > Orangevale, CA > Sporting Goods
