DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Whitey's Liquors conspires with Quick Response Towing. Can anyone say "kickbacks"? I previously was a patron of Whitey's. I was meeting family at G&M Restaurant across the street. After driving through G&M's parking lot several times with no luck at finding a parking space, I pulled across the street to Whitey's. I parked long enough to run across to G&M's to inquire where their overflow parking was located. I literally opened the door to the restaurant and someone standing behind me yelled that my car was being towed. 5 MINUTES!!!! That's all the time that elapsed from when I closed my car door and opened G&M's door!!! Hmmm....can anyone say "spotters"? $300 later (cash only...are you reading this Internal Revenue Service?)
