I hate Pet Centers that sell animals! This one is no exception. The dogs crated to walk on wire flooring, nothing solid to sit on or many puppies didn't have something soft to lie on. When I asked the sales girls (not trained or educated in the ethical treatment of animals, says that some are not provided anything in their crates because they would urinate on them and they would have to be frequently changed and the puppies will come to think that what they should use. There was a little Chihuahua with nothing warm to lie on shivering on the metal grating. I asked about exercise and was told that they do get exercise. They have the 5x5 room used for people to get to know the puppies to run around in. When asked how often, she could not answer. Join me in boycotting this center and any other 'retail' prison for animals. These animals are there all night without attention. They have to wait until the store opens to get any attention. In the mean time, they get to shit where they sleep and eat and tolerate the smell until someone comes and wipes out their cells. Anyone who truly loves animals and has compassion will stand for the end of these outlets for puppy mills.
