I hired him to defend me from a lie that my ex partner fabricated and when we went to the hearings he would tell me that I should talk to the Judge and defend myself. When I was in the presents of the Judge he never said a word in my defense. After the last hearing and after losing the case BIG TIME he ran out of the court room and down the hall. I haven't seen him since. He did tell me that for another $25,000.00 he could get everything back for me that he lost for me. If you are thinking about using him I think you would be better off just hiring a paralegal. I don't know what his expertise is but it is not in defending his clients. To me he never seemed prepared when he was in Court. He came to Court, said nothing and charged $250.00 and hour. I didn't need someone to sit with me in Court, I needed someone to defend me in Court. I gave him all the information and he never seemed to be able to present it.
