SAVED ME TONS of $$
The company referred to me by the Home Warranty company's representative told me I had a cracked heat exchanger without even looking at it! I called this co. for a second opinion. The first co. wanted to replace my furnace and charge me another $1600 for sheet metal work needed to match up the duct work! My furnace was fixed and running by Westerville Heating and cooling for around $400. Oh, they checked the heat exchanger and showed me and checked for carbon monoxide.
