A friend of mine from out of town went in here looking for things for his boat. The selection was low and the customer service was not that great. They were too busy chatting on the phone about personal things rather than helping the customer.

I waited 3 weeks to get in to see this guy ( Barry/owner) to get a full cover made for my 31' AOS and bimini top. First off the price he gave me over the phone for the cover doubled after i had dropped off the boat.The work was to be completed in three days turned into a phone call asking me to pick the boat up. Barry then said he will do the cut and fitt at my house.Three weeks have gone by no cover no phone call no bimini. I stopped by his shop and he was not there nor did the guy in the back room know where he was and when he would be back. I was ready to spend 2500 and sent him 2 friends that are looking to get covers for their boats. Well monsoon season is here and still no cover... I did let my friends know about my bad experiance with Barry and his shop and we are now looking to spend our money at Phoenix Canvas.
