Since I have resided here my home was broken into multiple times !!! There are convicted criminals living here .The police are here on a regular basis .The property manager basically harasses you on a daily basis its like your living in jail . They send letters to you numerous times complaining about every rediculous thing ! There has been mutiple break ins and police raids .Living here has been complete hell !!! Your put yourself into a very unsafe situation by residing here on many levels .They allow criminals to live here there is even a child molester that still resides here !!!Do you want to put your child in this situation ??? Please think twice before living here !!!

i have resided at waterfalls village hamburg ny for 5 months . since i lived here i was robbed ,my home was broken into when i was sleeping . also they claim they do criminal background checks HOWEVER there are numerous current convicted criminals residing here . i have been assaulted harrassed and abused by the neighbors ( the convicted criminals ) i feel they put me and my special needs son in a VERY UNSAFE situation . there has been police raids and drug busts here ..also the police are here on a weekly basis !!! i am leaving this very true review to hopefully warn people and save anyone from the terror and abuse i have been through .please do not live in an unsafe mobile home park such as waterfalls village .also they the manager and maintenance crew stalk and harrass you about every little thing !! i beg for people not to put themselves through any of what i have been through!!!
