I would not recommend Waldrons Kawasaki in Issaquah and I have started shopping elsewhere. I went in with a simple electrical fix and I was told that it should take no longer than 30 to 45 minutes. I received a call from their service department stating that the wiring harness and connectors were shot and needed to be replaced for roughly $500 for the harness and $300 for the labor. I informed them that this is not an option as the issues with the motorcycle did not fit what they were telling me. I picked up the bike and they informed me they had performed two hours of service work which equals $200 after-tax and did not fix anything. When I got home I sprayed electrical cleaner and dielectric grease on the connectors that were having issues and these issues have not returned. It seems their policy is to replace instead of diagnosing. In addition, I had to go over my motorcycle as many of the bolts for the fairings were loose when I received it. I would have hoped they could have performed a simple fix that cost me $2 instead of charging me 100 times more without performing any work. There are many other places locally that service Kawasakis.
