I've had them screw up special orders 3 times in a row. The last straw was Friday when I went in to get my cat's insulin I had called in days before. They didn't have it, just another lame excuse.

I have taken my pets to Northwest Austin Veterinary for about five years now. I agree that some of the expenses incurred are probably more than other veterinarians, but I am willing to pay a little more to get competent, willing doctors....
