Bad Management & Worst Maintenance

I've been living here for years...yeah and now I'm moving out! It used to be a family managed apartment, which was friendly, but the owner handed in his property to realty company, COUNCILL! That's the worst nightmare!

The company treated the tenants like trash, asking to repair or replace something...never show up! Wait for weeks, months! Yeah, there are cockroaches everywhere!

Only thing that make people move or stay is because it closes to ODU! otherwise no one want to live here!

If the owner somehow have chance to read this, I recommend you to change the management team! The owner promised us with the COUNCILL, the tenants will get better service...yeah you're wrong! They don't own the property, so they can do everything they want and the owner never find out!

Most of the tenants who are living in this complex are international students and they don't know their rights like American do! ...I feel bad for them!

Unclean, broken down, expensive, horrible management, nasty insects.
