Terrible service, save yourself the breath, Go Elsewhere!

12/13/2010- TERRIBLE! I scheduled a car service for the early AM roundtrip to JFK the evening before. The guy, although cold and rude on the telepone, sounded accomodating. Needless to say, 445am, I am waiting for the guy who assured me...
