Nice staff. Not comfortable with quality of exam.
Going to find a new vet. Thought the staff was polite and professional but didn't really feel they did a thorough job in the exam.

Over-priced & slow response
Banfield appears to care more about their bottom line, than the health of their clients' pets. I found their pricing to be in excess of 3 times what other vets charge for the same procedure(s). They kept pushing their "Wellness Program"...

Great Vet-Cheap
We took our hound dog there after a fight, where she had her ear ripped. They took her immediately and stitched her up. I expressed concerns about being able to pay for it and they were very understanding. They worked with me as much as they could. My dog was happy with them. And so was I. Nice people. No waiting.

great experiences all around
I work with a rescue group and have been to many different vets. I do not need to do low cost for my own pets, so I take them to this particular hospital. I live 20 miles from them, but the vet at this Banfield was recommended so I tried him. I continue to return because he is wonderful, his techs are wonderful, the front desk women are wonderful, and they can see me in a moments notice. I highly recommend them. They are also not very expensive as I have tried several other vets that are closer and these guys are right on the mark with their pricing. LOVE THEM!

They kept pushing their Wellness Program which is their version of pet insurance. But with the program's expense and coverage, it's not much cost savings at all. Their corporate attitude was quite apparent.
