HOUSEBOATING AT VENICE
The management (David) is continually ignoring the critical issues which affect the houseboats docked at this marina. During the winter months; we continually had days without electric (no heat; no cooking) due to inefficient wiring. All efforts to contact David was met with resistance and ignorance. Now we are experiencing daily problems with water supply to the houseboats (bathroom, drinking,cooking), with the same type of response on behalf of David. How do you live without any water??? David has continually increased dockage fees without providing the necessities to maintain your boat. Consider this review carefully before you dock your boat at Venice Marina.

the new manager david is great
i left geatway marina two yeas ago and came to venice marina . this was the best move i did because i saved a lot of money and got a better silp and better service any problm i had david the manager took care of it quickly in a timely maner and showed concern .for one man he is doing a great job improving the marina every day soon i think this will be the best marina in broolky .keep up the good work david

david the manager is an a**hole all he cares about is money you will end up boating in s*it and his partner billy the mechanic is a complete f*ck up. if you have a boat and looking to dock it run far away from this place anyone that docks there will tell you the place is a dump STAY AWAY
