I booked a vacation in april 2012 over spring break. Our agent maritza over charged us for the price of a priveldge suite by 300.00. We were given a standard jr. suite. Our agent said that she would refund us the over charge as soon as we came home. Well its been over 3 months and still no check in the mail. All we get is the run around. All they care about is getting your money and ripping you off. Please book your vacation with someone else. Trust me.
