The desk staff, especially Hansel, were very helpful. They resolved any issues (our tv remote didn't work), answered any questions about entertainment and gave suggestions, and were prompt.

This is a no frills hotel. the room was clean also the bedding and towels. if you are seeing the city and just bsleeping and showering it works

Stay Elseware
This Hotel is CHEAP. When I mean CHEAP, I mean the HOTEL owners are CHEAP. Prices were CHEAP compared to other places. NO COFFEE POT, NO SMALL FRIDGE, NO ICE MAKER IN HOTEL, SMALL ROOM, Old Hotel built back in 1930's or 20's. TV not many...Worldwide > United States > San Francisco, CA > Clothing
