Stay away from this place, it is a bad place to live and the LESBIAN/BI-SEXUAL manager, Annette Lorenz, makes it bad. She and her tenant Janelle were in the office having sex and did not lock the door. Guess they were to caught up in the moment to remember the lock. Tenants walked in and seen what was going on. IT WAS NOT A PRETTY PICTURE!!!

This place is very slummy and the manager,Annette Lorenz,makes it worse. She is mean to the Senior Citzens that live there. She will scream at these old people like one would scream at a stray dog to get away. She comes into their apartments and take their things when they are not at home. The owner is an old aloholic man,Brett Burns and because of what she does for him,she has the best job security any uneducated,filthy tramp could ever want. No decent woman would want job security like this. There is a video of the manager beating up an old woman. Tenants are so scared of her they will not call the police because she will come back and get them. If you are a happy person and want to stay that way,then do not move to Twin Mountain Manor. Those that move there and can afford to move out,do move out very quickly, those that can not afford to move out, sadly will have to die there under the manager's evil ways. Stay away from this place and pray for the people that are forced to live there.

The manager is Annette Lorenz. She told me that I could not live there because she did not want people that had to use wheelchairs or scooters. I said that was not right and not legal. She said, "Try to do something about it and see what happens to your friend &%#Y#,that lives here. I found out that she would retailate against my friend. so I am now scared for my friend. She also told me that she owns this place, I later found out that she does not own it but does steal from it.

Twin Mountain Manor is a very bad and frightful place to live. It was built in the 1960's as a low cost place for senior citizens to live and it was a nice,fun place to live.....until Annette Lorenz was hired to be the manager. She is a very vial person and can barely read and write her own name or I should say,print her own name. UNEDUCATED. If one could read her bullying letters to the tenants,filled with misspelled words,3 year old grammar,you would laugh your head off. Any review on line is her posing as some one else. You can see it by the mispelled words,Lower case letters,etc... She is very mean to these old people that live there and she has a uncle that lives there. When a widow moves in and has a good income,Annette Lorenz feeds this information to the uncle,Donnie Meyer, and he is like a male dog after a female dog in heat. If someone moves in and does not have a good retirement every month he leaves her alone. When one of these women turn him down on his advances the manager Annette Lorenz turns on the woman and makes her life hell. If one needs a repair on those old air units,or anything else there since the 1960's, good luck because that takes money out of profit of these "non-profit" apartments. This is just the tip of the iceberg on what she does to the old people. She needs to go back to the vegetable fields where she worked as a field hand or back to the cleaning out the rented port-a-potties that she worked at after learning to print her name and she quit her job as a vegetable picker. The rent increases over and over with the excuse of increased rents are needed to make repairs. What happens is the rents are increased and the repairs do not happen unless it is for the uncle or one of her brown nosed tenants that suck up to her just to protect themselves.
