I had my air conditioning system installed by twin air several years ago. What a big mistake that was. When they installed the system they intentialled created a Freon leak. The same thing happened to my neighbor and also my best friend. The first year when I had them out to repair the unit , they told me it was normal that my unit was high efficiency and that it was normal for the Freon " to burn off". That was an outright lie I found out from other air conditional professionals which they are not. They installed the Freon without weighing it on a scale which they are supposed to do. When I asked them how do they know how much Freon they are putting in, they told me they can just tell, that was another lie. When I refused to pay for the Freon, they said they would see me in court. What they did was return to my house and illegally removed the Freon and let it escape into the air which is a $ 20,000 fine by the EPA. Save yourselt time , expense and agrevation and do not ever consider using them for your air conditional needs.
