I work in the NW Industrial area and have been to Tubby's many, many times. I don't find the help rude at all and I've never had undercooked anything from there. Having said that, it's also not worthy of 5 stars. Tubby's is quite simply...Worldwide > United States > Portland, OR > Restaurants
