Underwhelming
I'm not sure if it was the soggy eggrolls, the overcooked rice or the sticky crab Rangoon, or the general Taos chicken, with a sauce I could have made from ketchup, but I've never felt hungrier after a meal. I would rather have wongs wok...

Fantastic food!
Tsing-Tao is one of those anomalies in life. It's hard to believe that this place was once an IHOP, as it is so wonderfully decorated in that old Chinese style. I drive past on the way to work and you often see the hard working employees (i think it's family owned?) often doing there own landscaping, or repairs, working very hard. And there work ethic shows in the quality of their food, this is some of the best Chinese in Milwaukee County. The workers speak broken English, and it is almost charming as it gives you the vibe of the employees from the Chinese restaurant in A Christmas Story.The food is very well-priced and their menu is very long. I definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially those who enjoy great Chinese food.
