A family member of mine was there for a couple of months. The only star they will get from me is for the therapy. If that was not good I would have taken my relative out right away. The staff was over worked which you heard them say constantly. The Administrator was Kendra something and I honestly thought she was an evil person, no help what-so-ever with any of my issues. I dont understand why this person would be in charge of a facility where compassion is so important, she doesnt even bother to pretend to have compassion. Everyone in that facility seemed to be miserable. I heard this company was supposed to be real nice and different from other facilities, I do agree with other ratings that I read (unfortunately after we were admitted) this facility is below average as I have dealt with other rehab places. I reccomend if you are in the Trinity area it may be worth while to search for a more caring staff.
