I would love to write a review for the company. The problem is, we have been playing phone tag off and on since last September. They call and leave a message, just as they are closing or going home for the day, so it seems, because there is no response if I call right back. I know I am a difficult person to reach by telephone, made even more difficult due to a surgery and subsequent physical therapy I have undergone during this time. However, I have left messages with details about when I would be at home and when I would not because of medical appointments. Invariably, the calls I have received afterward are during the times I specifically indicated I would not be home. I will update the review once we successfully connect.
