Absolutely THE worst medical office I have EVER dealt with. Although Jenny Bagan was wonderful to work with, in the office, the office itself is run so poorly. I was made to wait for my first appointment for TWO HOURS! The receptionist was missing most of the time, and after I asked, twice, I was told I would be seen in a few minutes- which was more like another hour. There was no one else waiting. Two other patients had gone in and left before I was even seen. If I didn't need the help so badly, I would have left. After my appointment, I was very happy with my visit with Jenny- I thought we had figured out a great medication routine. When the medication was not working for me, I decided to call. IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with Jenny through her voicemail. Seems like a problem with the phone system, so I left a message with the office. Was returned a message back, but when I called back and left another message, I was not contacted back again. So I called, and called and called again until someone finally answered the phone- not voicemail, about a week later. Finally got SOME help. I figured I would just wait a few more days, until my next appointment. A few days later I received a call that I needed to reschedule my appointment because Jenny would not be in the office. They were not able to schedule me for another month! Now mind you, I am severely depressed and not medicated any longer, and I NEED this help. So while I am waiting for this appointment, I am starting to have a really hard time with my depression, and decide to call and try and get an Rx called in- I had started taking medication I was on previously and needed more; I left a message. I hadn't heard anything for 2 days and was down to my last dose, so I called again. The note on my chart said that I had called and started this medication, then there was a note saying I called and said I discontinued it! So NOTHING was being done to help me because some asshole made up a note on my chart! Basically, I have been medicating myself, and Jenny is useless unless you are physically in the office with her. This is a business that is supposed to help mentally ill people feel better, not make them crazier! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!
