"We are an MMA gym in Bergen County, New Jersey specializing in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing.
We teach a combination of Striking, BJJ, and Wrestling in our mixed martial arts classes from beginners to advanced. We teach authentic Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in our BJJ classes. We teach Muay Thai Kickboxing as well as traditional boxing in our Kickboxing classes.We have a women’s only fitness bootcamp class designed to getyou in the best shape of your life. Our Kids Martial Arts classes are for kids 4-12 and we teach them a combination of striking, takedowns, and brazilian jiu-jitsu."
