Does not stand behind their product. WORST customer service

I am extremely unhappy about the return policy that theToys R Us Roseville, CA store #9580 has with "LAST ONE NO BOX" items.

We were going to purchase a Tony Hawk 16" bicycle for $99.00 (+ $10.00) assembly fee for a "LAST ONE NO BOX"...
