PREDATORY TOWING: Let's face it. This towing outfit is a bunch of vultures, pure and simple. I admit I parked in a tow away zone for 45 minutes. No story offered (even though there was a good one, of course). I did the crime, I'll pay the fine. But, when I went in to just pay the fee to get my car back, the female in the front office was so hostile and abusive, I was subjected to verbal abuse and borderline physical assault. Psycho. They don't need a junk yard dog. There's one in the front office that should be on a chain. You should not go alone to pay the fees. They will also try to cheat you or bully you for more money, with threats of not giving you back your car if you don't pay extra. Sheer extortion. Never experienced anything quite like this before. NEVER deal with this company voluntarily. (They get one star only because a zero star was not an option)
