Town Mill did not complete the work he was paid in full for. After several attempts for him to fix the work he refused. I contacted The Attorney General and I was told he committed farud and contact the police. He refused to cooperate wuth the BBB and the Attorney General's office after promising to do so after 30 days of waiting. He was sent a 10 day demand letter whch he ignored. He ignored a fair resolution from my atorney. Which eventually brought us to court which I was awared the case. He nevr showed up to court for the reaosn for non payment. He also was to put on a cap to protect animals from entering through roof. He ordered the size and it was never replaced. He only attempted to re point the chimney and even do that right. I have several professional opinions that is was done wrong and is in danger of collapsing. He never requested a permit and the invoice is fraud. I contacted the Attorney General's Office and was told the invoice was fraud and he should not be working in ****. He agreed on a negation and the AGO sent out a 10 demand letter which he refused to comply with. There is also a police report on file. He also worked on the roof and I had to have it replaced and it caused water damage on newly painted ceilings. While I was not home my roommate at the time let him in to check on a leaky radiator he cut the radiator and attempted to put a 14" inch radiator in a 12" space with no permission to do so. After talking to him he promised to get the right size radiator and complete the job. I never heard from him again. That is when I call the Attorney General's office. Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of all expenses uncured for work that was done incomplete and wrong. I also filled a 93A form. And for expenses uncured because of faulty work. BEWARE
