Crooks
I have rented from Tower for the past 2 years and will not be renewing my lease again. They claim to have such nice apartments, but really they are just overpriced. Things constantly break, they're not easy to get a hold of and they lie....Worldwide > United States > Philadelphia, PA > Investing
