A great place for a hair cut
If you're looking for a place to get your hair cut in a fast, efficient, and friendly environment, then Top Cut is the place to do it. Their quaint store provides a sense of security and comfort that says that you can trust the place. But the great quality about this place is the price. Although a regular haircut costs $11, there is always a coupon available in the phonebook or your last receipt for a dollar off. I and everyone I know recommends this place!

great stylists but a long wait alot of the time
The stylist I had was excellent...she was fast and did a great job on my hair. The only complaints I have are the waits. Several times the wait has been about 45 min. to an hour. I wasn't in a hurry tonight so it was ok.Worldwide > United States > Broken Arrow, OK > Barbers
