Tootsies Ice Cream in Wrentham, MA is WONDERFUL!
You have to go - On a warm summer night! Prices are good. Ice Cream is awesome. Service is wonderful! I always get the fat-free mint with jimmies - it does not even taste fat-free...got to love it!!!!

Shocked by poor customer service!
A couple of months ago, after a day of shopping at the Outlets, my friend an I visited Tootsie's with our 4 kids. We made it just before closing, and as we entered the store, the two girls working exchanged eye rolls. We got cold service (excuse the pun!), felt rushed to get out. The girl who scooped my ice cream dripped water all in it because she didn't shake off the scoop, a real pet peeve of mine. A few minutes later as the clock struck the closing hour, they turned off the lights and music, and as a family tried to enter the store, the supervisor chased them out telling them they were closed. She also closed out the register before the last customers had paid, so they let them go without paying because they didn't know what to do!

Great experience
I decided to order a birthday cake for my daughter's first B-day with Tinkerbell on it. It was done beautifully. The ice-cream was delicious and as a regular their portions are very generous. Their 10 inch in diameter cake feeds 15 people. I ordered 2 but it was worth it. They also have a nice clean sitting area where you can sit down and relax.

Tootsie's Ice Cream Inc is delicious!
Tootsie's ice cream offers all the finest flavors plus any add-ins you could want. Sprinkles are free and always adds nice touch. The staff are always pleasant and smiling which makes customers happy to be there. Not to mention, the ice cream is delicious!
