Takes a special person to like JTree
This place is tremendously popular, and I'm sure there is a reason for it. I just don't see it. There is always a line out front during peak hours at night. I tend to think the bouncers do that intentionally to make the place seem cool....

Great for drinks and dancing
Yes, it is a college bar on the weekends, but there are still a plethora of working professionals who come. The beer is cheap ($3 for a Coors Light, whereas other places charge $4 and upwards).
