Do not use TKO unless you want to waste your time waiting for someone that never shows up or calls! They were scheduled to come to my house TWICE - they never showed for the 1st appt so I rescheduled. The woman PROMISED me the technician would be at my house between 8-9 am. NO ONE EVER SHOWED OR CALLED AGAIN!! This company is a joke. They deserve 0 stars, but 0 is not an option here.
