I would have given this so-called nail salon ZERO stars. I should have known by the lack of customers when I walked in at 6pm that this place was terrible. It was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The next day I had to get another one at my regular salon. The girl didn't even know the difference between a French and American Manicure. When I expressed that the polish job she did was not what I asked for, she, and her manager, insisted that I was wrong, even though they had a picture on the wall that read very plainly FRENCH MANICURE, which is what I asked for...but not what I had. They forced me to pay for something I did not ask for and I left that salon with rough feet, a horrible cut on my big toe, an AMERICAN manicure, and 28 dollars in the hole. If this were my business, I'd be embarrassed at the quality of service I was given. And the only tip I had for her was to learn the difference between a French and American manicure and try being a little nicer to your one and only customer.
