I went here for the first time last month. Horrible experience! First of all, I set up an appointment for one clock. I showed up ten minutes early to have all of the paperwork done. My name was not called until 1:45! It's not like they were even busy. I saw two other patients in there the entire time. So when I finally get in to have my teeth cleaned, two very unprofessional techs come in and start chatting about their children, never cared to introduce themselves. Awkward. Next thing I know, I hear one of the techs scream at the too of her lungs and run around to the door. A mouse had just ran across the floor of my dentists office. Wow. Well finally they let me go after the cleaning and I felt a huge relief that my mouth was still intact. Few days later I get this nice BIG bill at my house for the cleaning. Wait a minute, my insurance states that I am 100% covered for cleanings and I had called the week before to be sure that this place was in network and assured that they would acceWorldwide > United States > Woodland Park, CO > Dentists
