I was very disappointed by a request I made for my exam I paid for. I paid $45 US dollars for exam I had to take to order a lenses. When I called to get my exam after 6 months of loosing my glass, this person try to charge me $20 which I thought was unfair. When I was at CASCO in San Diego to get new pair of glass with transition which was going to cost me around $250. I did not want to pay $50 more dollars for an exam, so I called Tijuana Vision Optical to get my exam and he refuse to fax me. This piece of paper he would fax me after 40 min. because he was with a customer. I was stuck on a CASCO parking lot and told him my friend would leave to work by that time and I need use his CASCO CARD, it only takes 2min to fax. He was arguing with me for over 20min but had no 2min to fax. When I agree to pay for it he said he will not do it until I pay which I had no problem but I was at CASCO and had no access to do it. I promised I would do it as soon as I got home but then he maid excuse about he having a customer at work. We all know it takes less than a min to fax but this guy has no ideas of customer service, well my friend you lost a possible customer for life. I crossed all the way to Tijuana from San Diego, taking all the chance of all the crazy things happening in Tijuana. You could not take two min to help me out, when I really needed you so good bye and now people know about your customer service skills.
