I wish there was a "no star" option. Thermal Industries installed a sliding glass door for us, which is either of inferior quality or wasn't installed properly. Shortly after we purchased it, we called Thermal several times to adjust the door because it began to stick, requiring us to slam it shut. Despite a few attempts by Thermal Industries to adjust the door, the problem persisted and the frame eventually separated because of the extra effort needed to shut it. They refused to repair or replace it, telling us that it was our fault the frame separated and that we now needed to purchase a new frame, which we did. About one year later, we are experiencing the same problem (the door won't slide properly, causing a need to "slam" it shut). They won't come out to adjust it unless we pay their $90 fee. They refuse to stand behind their product or their work. My wife and I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. They simply won't do the right thing and fix our door!
