It then creates situations to get you into delinquency and applies higher rate interest to further force you into foreclosure. It has a whole set of attorneys that are dedicated in using the law and the courts to manipulate Commercial business owners into surrendering their property to them. Reports on some of these attorneys have been published on the internet highlighting their dubious business practices and the way in which they attempt to use the law against Business owners to gain ownership of their properties. The Company is not as it advertises as an investment company, it is aligned in order to asset strip and invoke predatory lending practices in order to gain access to assets and property forcing the business into foreclosure.
