Yes they are Rude!
Been here a few times, and yes each and everytime I have been in here the staff have been rude. They don't smile, they don't even try. Forget it if you have a question. They won't answer. My thoughts are that they try to hard to be "above...Worldwide > United States > Cincinnati, OH > Smoking
