Shutter Factory Dallas. There are other shutter companies out there, and I have had my share of bad experiences, but Shutter factory really keeps their word. The prices are fair, and their service is exceptional. If you come with any questions or concerns they will answer them, and they make their customers comfortable. They feel like family. They are personable and friendly with service to back it up.

Our new shutters from Shutter factory Dallas turned out great. We were hesitant about Shutter Factory at first due to the price and making sure it got done right when installed. In 2010, I ordered custom plantation shutters for a bathroom and an 8 ft Roman shade for the master bedroom. Not only did they match the stain on the shutters to the stain on my sink console perfectly, they gave me a lifetime guarantee on their products. Over the years, the Roman shade has needed minor repairs and adjustments. Shutter factory has stood by their promise and they always come to fix whatever is wrong in a timely and professional manner.
